Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan (SOAP) Notes
Data, Assessment, Plan (DAP) Notes
Goals, Intervention, Response, Plan (GIRP) Notes
Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan (BIRP) Notes
Turn on Mynd Notetaker in Telehealth Sessions
Mynd Notetaker can be turned on for all sessions when client(s) have consented to use Automated Notetaker
